York Theatre Royal has again asked us to prepare an exhibition to be shown in the cafe of the theatre in January, and we are very pleased to be preparing what is now the fifth of these exhibitions. There is no theme; members have submitted their five best images and we have chosen the top four to be included in the exhibition. The type of image is very varied including landscapes, people, nature, cities and architecture, creative and artistic. The images will be shown both to the outside and inside of the windows so that passers-by can also see examples of the fine range of work on display.
We welcome all members of the Photographic Union to come and see our work and partake of the fare on offer from the Theatre Cafe. Our official open day is Saturday 11th January, when members will be present to host and explain themselves to the visitors.
